Aptar is seeking a Senior Account Manager, South East Europe based in Aptar Chieti, in charge of developing the business of the assigned accounts as well as the enlargement of the customer base. You will apply Aptar strategy within the account through designing and animating account strategy and hunting for new customers

As a Senior Account Manager, You Will

  • Develop the Sales of your account
  • Develop the Sales of accounts assigned
  • Hunting for new customers and new business opportunities together with Marketing Managers
  • Hunting for new customers and new business opportunities at existing customers                                
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers to maximize profits
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships       
  • Develop new business with existing and new clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales shares                                                                                                
  • Assess the ability and attractiveness of the customer                                                                                         
  • Develop a full range of Aptar products and services to install long term relationship                                             
  • Coordinate all internal contributions to the development of Sales e.g account team members and referents                                                                                                 
  • Apply Sales strategies /policies to create profitable growth conditions                        
  • Elaborate annual sales budget and monitor customer forecasts                                                                                                                                                                         

Education

  • Master’s degree

Required Skills

  • At least 5 Years Experience in managing geographically extended sales organization
  • 2 Years Experience in working directly with multinational clients
  • Experience in working with operations and developing the right balance between the different needs
  • Fully proficient in Italian and Engllish. French is a plus

  • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work in an international environment
    • Strong negotiation skills
