Admin Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Office equipment maintain including stationary, express and drinking water;

- Be in charge of part of the Office Administration functions;

- Handle office Admin related. Responsibilities on daily basis, to provide high-quality service to internal employees;

- Collect employee’s children kindergarten charge and medical expenses.

- Handling office routine expenses claim, make the monthly admin cost allocation and analyze the special cases and provide feedback to management.

- Coordinate with supervisor to deal with the related canteen issues.

 

Requirements:

- Independent & initiative thinking and acting;

- Result-oriented with good follow & reporting awareness;

- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills;

- Self-motivated, willing to learn;

- Good at written English;

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting;

- Can communicate with different level of people, from operators to dept managers.

- Educational: University, majored at English/Law will be a plus

- Experience: More than 1 years working experiences in Admin function.
