Develop and implement strategy and sales plan of Vietnam and south of China, develop new strategic accounts and partners to drive business growth in Vietnam and south of China.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on target segments, develop and execute Business Development plan. Inclusive, target segments identification, brand owners’ demand analysis, un-met demand identified, Attack plan, Value sale proposal, project/product launch, Revenue/profit generated.
  • Get into customers' product development process early on with engaging multiple stakeholders, incl. marketing, product development, packaging development and purchasing departments etc.
  • Customer relationship built up and management.
  • Build up smooth relationship with target customers’ decision makers/influencers.
  • Leverage CVM to sell value to customer.
  • Work closely with marketing, technical support and project management team to land the business opportunities.
  • Team KPI management and team member development to meet business needs.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Business development experience in Vietnam market.
  • Chinese and English in both spoken and written is preferred ,Vietnamese is a plus
  • 10 years or above working experience in packaging industry, beauty or skin care industry related will prevail
  • Strong commercial sense, good interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated
  • Has experience to lead regional team
  • Strategic thinking
