职位描述Primary Purpose Summary

该职位的主要职责是负责直接物料的采购与管理。该职位将负责制定和执行品类采购策略,优化供应链,确保原材料的质量和供应稳定性,同时提升成本效益。The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the procurement and management of direct materials. The role will be responsible for formulating and implementing category - based procurement strategies, optimizing the supply chain, ensuring the quality and supply stability of raw materials, and enhancing cost - effectiveness.

 

主要岗位职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- 采购工作的合规性。

100% Compliance in accordance with Aptar group/regional policy and process.

 

- 负责直接物料的采购,包括供应商开发、评估、选择及关系维护,确保原材料质量可靠、价格合理、交货及时。

Responsible for the purchasing of direct materials, including supplier development, evaluation, selection, and relationship maintenance, to ensure the reliability of raw material quality, the reasonableness of prices, and timely delivery.

 

- 根据公司需求和市场变化,制定并优化采购策略,降低采购成本,提高采购效率。同时根据市场变化,及时调整采购策略,控制采购成本。

Formulate and optimize procurement strategies based on the company's requirements and market changes to reduce procurement costs and improve procurement efficiency. Meanwhile, promptly adjust procurement strategies according to market changes to control procurement costs.

 

- 支持来自于阿普塔全球采购部的相关工作需求。

Supporting related demands from Aptar global purchasing team.

 

- 定期进行市场调研,分析市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求,为采购决策提供依据。

Conduct market research on a regular basis, analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs to provide a basis for procurement decisions.

 

- 与内部团队(如生产、质量控制、供应链等)紧密合作,确保原材料的及时供应和生产的顺利进行。

Work closely with internal teams (such as production, quality control, and supply chain) to ensure the timely supply of raw materials and the smooth progress of production.

 

- 负责品类相关的数据分析和报告,为管理层提供决策支持。

Responsible for data analysis and reporting related to the category, providing decision support for the management.

 

- 完成直接主管指派的其他工作。

Follow up and complete other related tasks assigned by line manager. 

 

任职资格 Required Qualifications

- 本科及以上学历:

Bachelor degree or above;

 

- 较强的自我学习能力和较强的环境适应能力;

Better self-leaning ability and self -driven capability;

 

- 有责任心,有条理,乐观,积极上进;

Responsible, well organized, optimistic, positive;

 

- 有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神;

Good communication and coordination skill, team player;

 

- 良好听说读写的英语能力;

Good English in oral and writing;

 

- 熟练应用EXCEL等办公软件;有SAP应用经验的优先;

Good skill of MS Office software, familiar with SAP system is preferred;
