Lab Analyst

Primary Purpose Summary

1. Provide service tests to customer.
2. Analytical method development and validation.
3. Participate in method establishment and perform qualification tests during product transfer and validation.
4. Lab equipment maintenance and qualification.
5. Continuous improve the quality management system of Suzhou analytical lab.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for spray performance or pharmaceutical performance tests of final drug product.
• Responsibility for feasibility and performance tests with customer formulation..
• Responsibility for new analytical method development and validation as well as the revalidation of existing method.
• Responsibility for the protocol, procedure document preparations as well as risk assessment, test method and tests during product transfer and validation.
• Lab equipment routine maintenance and qualification.
• Participate in the maintenance, upgrade and implementation of current quality management system of analytical lab.Provide technical service to internal or external customer.
• Ensure EHS compliance inside the lab scope.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in analytical chemistry, quality control or other related fields.
• Experience of method development and validation, quality standards establishment are preferred.
• Be familiar with GMP and have strong sense of quality thinking.
• Strong ability of teamwork, good analytical and conflict management skills.
• Fluent English and coordinate & communication skills.
