This role requires someone of suitable experience and ability who will be able to see through existing practice then define and implement improvement in operation areas, to achieve world-class cost and efficiency management, support business growth and strategy execution.

The ideal candidate must be competent in multiple-site operational project management, experienced in operational activities and lean concept. He/She must be an excellent leader who demonstrates horizontal leadership across functions, create followers and drive efficiency improvement utilizing lean concepts and techniques.


Main Responsibilities:

Support business leader and China All Sites to execute improve project. This project’s objective is to largely improve factory QCDMS and fully utilize its space by transferring production lines to the sites. The job responsibilities includes:

  • Layout, space and material flow simulation and optimization with support of central OE team;
  • Manage equipment transferring among sites;
  • Manage project budget and support business case analysis;
  • Support site manager on EHS improvement to enhance BBS, improve safety mindset and eliminate risks;
  • Identify other improvement areas with OE including MES Connectivity implementation, SMED, problem solving, visual management, 6-sigma, etc.
  • Support site manager on all cost improvement opportunity identification and execution;
  • Expand lean behaviors within the operations team and across the business. Strive for continuous improvement in processes and practices
  • Project reporting to Steering Committee and stakeholders;
  • Coach project team members and site staff with lean tools;
  • Improvement project.



  • Ideally master’s degree in Engineering;
  • Six Sigma / LEAN certified
  • Fluent in English
  • Must have spent a significant portion of career within manufacturing business
  • A deep understanding of cost management
  • Strategy development and execution for areas of responsibility
  • Proven and demonstrable experience with people engagement and leadership development
  • A strong problem solver looking for adding value
