Job summary

Lead the mold development and ensure the mold quality to be delivered with the demands from Mold manager and Project manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the technical discussion during DFM and Mold design review.
• Follow up the mold development base on the timeline from Project manager.
• Follow up the mold/inserts manufacturing at supplier side.
• Lead the mold trial run and trouble shooting and implement the solutions on time.
• Estimate the cost and lead-time of the new mold.
• Prepare mold specifications for new projects.
• Lead the Mold qualification.
• Record the mold project change information, file the mold adjustment action.
• The mold project related information archiving and transfer to production.
• Other jobs which will be assigned by manager.

Required Qualifications

• College graduated or above, major in mold tech or mechanical engineering related field;
• At least 3+ years mold design and project management experience in injection mold;
• At least 8+ years working experience in injection mold;
• Good knowledge in mold technology and troubleshooting; Identify mold machining Process, quality control and molding process availability;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be familiar with MS office;
• Good English skill in oral and written.
• Good knowledge on closure, pump and other packaging mold is preferred
