Project Manager

Primary Purpose Summary
This position is expected to focus on new project launch.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- New product development & project launch. 
- New product line transfer from oversea Aptar plants. 
- New product line transfer to oversea Aptar plants.
- Existing product change management & continuous improvement.
- Technical solution & quotation leader to support new business.
- Build customer contact & maintain relationship.
- Coordinate overall resources to achieve project objectives.
- Problem solving.
- Innovation idea for new project management process.
- Providing the product cost. 
- Supervises, guides, coaches, and develops team members to continually enhance performance.
- Other tasks assigned by manager. 

Required Qualifications
- BS Mechanic or other Engineering in science.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Minimum 5 years plastic industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years as project manager.
- Demonstrated professional level of project management.
- Understand mold/injection/decoration/assembly principle.
- Understand cosmetic packaging products.
- Teamwork.
