As the Service Manager of an international company in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, you will be responsible for managing laboratory services, consulting services, and some business development (BD) responsibilities. You will lead the team to deliver high-quality services, meet customer needs, and actively engage in business development activities to drive the company's growth in the market.

 

This position will provide an opportunity for experienced professionals with the skills and expertise to manage and expand laboratory services, consulting services, and actively participate in business development activities to drive the successful development of the company in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the laboratory services and consulting services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate the execution of laboratory services and consulting projects, oversee project progress and quality, ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships, understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to increase sales and service revenue.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of business development strategies, conduct market research and competitive analysis, identify business growth opportunities, and develop corresponding plans.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, support sales activities, achieve sales targets, and ensure good communication and collaboration with customers.
  • Regularly assess service quality and customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and take measures to improve services.
  • Manage the budget and cost control of service projects to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in laboratory services or consulting services management, with business development experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Business acumen and market analysis skills, able to identify business opportunities and develop corresponding strategies.
  • Familiar with the operation processes and standards of laboratory services or consulting services, with relevant industry knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Good team management and leadership skills, able to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
